SHIPPING

As soon as we receive your order, we at Happy Walkies get to work to get it to you as soon as possible. However, please note that orders for ready-to-walk products take between 1 and 2 business days to process, and orders containing handmade products take between 1 and 3 business days to make.

Once in the hands of the courier company, it will take between 2 and 3 business days to arrive at the address you provided for Standard Peninsula deliveries and between 1 and 2 business days for Premium Peninsula deliveries. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.

Domestic shipping prices

  • Spain (Peninsular Standard 2-3 working days): €4.30
  • Spain (Peninsular Premium 1-2 business days): €5.17
  • Balearic Islands: €6.00

You can take advantage of the free shipping promotion if your order exceeds €45.00 for mainland Spain and €60.00 for the Balearic Islands. International shipments are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

International Shipping

The delivery time for shipments outside of Spain is 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.

During peak periods like Christmas, Black Friday, and sales, courier companies typically experience high volumes of orders, so delivery times may be longer than usual. Please keep this in mind if you place an order close to these types of holidays.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Happy Walkies, we care deeply about our customers' satisfaction with the items they purchase from our store. Therefore, if you are not satisfied and need to make an exchange or return, please consider the following:

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless it is a change of an incorrect product or one with manufacturing defects.
  • Make sure to ship the product well-protected and through a reputable shipping company. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping company.
  • Once we have verified that the item is in perfect condition, without stains, damage or hair, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to the same credit or debit card with which the payment was made, provided that the products retain their original seal or packaging and the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where applicable.
  • If you request a return of an entire order (all items included in the order), the shipping cost will not be refunded; only the price paid for the items will be refunded. If free shipping was applied (see the "Shipping" section), the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (see shipping prices in the "Shipping" section). In other words, in all cases of returns of entire orders, the amount paid will be refunded minus the shipping cost, except in the case of returns due to manufacturing defects or flaws.
  • In the case of an exchange, the above points apply in the same way, except for the refund. In this case, we will send you the product you have indicated you would like to exchange it for.
  • Exchanges can be made for products of equal or greater value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • Personalized or custom-made items do not allow for exchanges or returns (except for manufacturing defects or flaws).
  • Happy Walkies is not responsible for damage caused to the products due to misuse or lack of supervision during use by the customer, nor for bites or scratches caused by dogs or cats on the products.

It is essential to consider the above points when making an exchange or return. Furthermore, if a returned product is not in perfect condition (used, stained, damaged, broken, with hair, etc.), no refund or exchange will be issued. In this case, the only option will be to return the product, with the customer responsible for the shipping costs. Claims must be made within 14 calendar days of our notification.
